We are getting days of snow and wind at the homestead. All the animals are tended, wood chopped, chores done- its time for a little bit caleb wilson of aeronautica militare meteo wilderness luxury!
Dennis had the idea to turn a horse trough into a wood fired tub- and it worked beautifully!
We capped the night with dinner cooked over the fire; caramelized onion + herb creamy pasta & blueberry jam glazed caribou and spruce hen. Homemade ice cream with a fresh batch of cajeta from the goats!
