Bringing together Awich, Chico Carlito, ONE OK ROCK, and Paledusk already sounded wild on paper, but “777” somehow managed to be even crazier than I expected. This song genuinely has everything. The vocals, rap, rock energy, production, attitude, and ridiculously clean transitions all blend together without ever feeling forced. Every artist brought something completely different, yet it still sounded like they were always meant to make music together. It was rebellious, energetic, filthy in the best way, and unlike anything I could easily place into one genre. YAO may have just decided their genre is simply **everything**, and after hearing “777,” I am completely here for it. This supergroup is doing something special, and I cannot wait to see where they take it next.
