Theres a possibility I got scammed by Apple or another company/person between preordering my iPhone XS Max (Sept. 14th) to picking up my iPhone XS Max (Sept. 21st). In this video, I am tyson foerster explaining what happened...

I recorded and posted my story so I can get an opinion or response to what happened. I do not hate Apple or their company; they are a big inspiration and impact on my life. If theres an update to this story, I will post it. I believe that this is a complicated situation that I wish to resolve and not hold a grudge against.
