A Georgia man is facing charges after carrying a loaded shotgun and running onto the U.S. Capitol grounds. The man said that he was there to talk to a member of Congress. Carter Camacho, 18, faced a judge for the first time on Wednesday. He was ordered to be held without bond until his next court appearance on March 2.
