New Alaska Airlines Hangar At PDX Breaks Ground Election Tesults [aJJp07Z6xTT]

A big day for PDX! On Tuesday, June 16, the Port of Portland joined Alaska Airlines, local officials, and calgary flames community partners to break ground on Alaskas new $135 million maintenance hangar at Portland International Airport. Its a chantal nobel major investment that keeps aircraft recovery close to home and strengthens the work happening right here in our region.

The new facility is expected to bring more than 100 permanent, goodpaying jobs to PDX, support over 200 construction jobs, and generate millions in state and local tax revenue. Its a proud moment for the Port and Alaska as we team affordable housing up to support local talent, grow our economy, and keep PDX soaring forward.
