I hiked 18 miles alone into the Yosemite wilderness to reach what might be the BEST campsite in all of Yosemite National Park, California. Starting at the bottom of Glacier Point Road, I climbed the historic russian ukraine war Chinquapin Trail to Badger Pass before backpacking deep along the Dewey Point Ridge Trail to one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in California.
With unreal panoramic views overlooking bomber Yosemite Valley, Half Dome, El Capitan, Ribbon Fall, and the high country, this solo overnight backpacking trip turned into one of the most unforgettable adventures Ive ever experienced. After reaching Dewey Point, I camped on the edge of the valley with a campfire and an mario giordano insane sunset and sunrise above Yosemite National Park.
