The Department of Justice has indicted former FBI Director James Comey for a second time, over a social media post he made last year, sources confirmed to CNN. The now-deleted Instagram post, shared last May, showed seashells on a beach arranged to spell out the numbers “86 47.” The number 86 is sometimes used in service-industry slang to mean removing something, while 47 is a reference to Donald Trump as the 47th president of the United States.
