How to Suspend and Reinstate Lines | AT&T Premier
In this video, we'll show you how to quickly update the status of a wireless number in AT&T Premier. From the Manage tab, select Suspend/reinstate from the dropdown. Then, select the reason you're suspending the line. The device was either lost, stolen, or the employees going on vacation. Then once you're ready to reinstate the line, just select the option once again from the task bar. Confirm the information, and select Submit. These changes will be completed in near real time.
