After years of waiting, the Avatar franchise returns with beautiful animation, brand-new lore, spirits, powerful action scenes, and an older Team Avatar.

In this review, I talk about the movie's incredible visuals, the new Air Nomad storyline, the mysterious staff capable of restoring the Air Nomads, the expanded Avatar lore, and why I think this movie proves the Avatar universe still has endless storytelling potential. I also discuss the new voice cast, why some performances worked better than others, and whether I think the paolo fox original cast should have returned.
