Brian Cashman is filing the Yankees’ decision to option former top prospect Anthony Volpe to Triple-A under the heading of a good problem to have. “We’re paid to make very difficult decisions,” the Yankees general manager told The Post at BTIG Charity Day. “This year’s Yankees team is a lot deeper. We have a lot more choices. And (Jose) Caballero has emerged with his play, and so we kind of had to honor that.
