Strongest California Earthquake in 5 Years Felt By Thousands ⚠️ A Bigger Quake May Be Coming... [X032I6I37oQ]
A magnitude 5.6 earthquake just struck California in-between Ukiah and Willits in an area historically devoid of large earthquakes, making this a historic rupture close to the major plate boundary of the San Andreas Fault. Notable earthquake activity has been happening all around the Golden State in recent months, to the east in Nevada around Silver Springs (M5.7 and swarm) and to the northwest off the coast of Oregon with a quake in the Juan de Fuca plate (M5.6). All of this occurs just after king tides slammed the state less than ten days before with the New Moon and as notable space weather that is well-known to trigger high-magnitude earthquakes begins.
