Flock Cameras Are Not ALPRs [U6CO4kGJjJr]
Flock cameras are almost always referred to as Automated License Plate Readers (ALPRs), but I don't think that's an accurate way to describe what they actually are anymore. In this video, I explain why modern Flock cameras have evolved far beyond traditional automated license plate readers and why continuing to categorize them as such understates what these systems are capable of.
