Working on the salesdesk isn't as easy as it seems. In Liverpool Lorna Harrison has to deal with a couple who have missed their flight to Paris by only a few minutes. The new 40 minute check-in rule has been catching people out and its been dna making her life much more difficult. In Luton Aaron Story is training on the salesdesk and his first day throws up a very unusual problem - a man has lost his wife.
