CODE RED UPDATE: Severe storms possible Tuesday, heat advisory in Middle Tennessee [Z85Vxrzq1JU]
FOX 17 News is in a Code Red Weather Alert for dangerous heat and possible severe weather. A heat advisory has been issued for most of Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky from 10 a.m. Monday through 8 p.m. Tuesday. Highs will top off the mid-90s for Monday, with isolated storms possible. No severe weather is expected on Monday. Tuesday is our focus, however, as we see our first organized risk for severe weather in a while. Currently, those along and north of I-40 are in a level 2/5 risk and those south of I-40 are in a 1/5.
