Welp now that I know there were only 16 total parallels possible, this break makes a lot more sense.

I was a little ticked at first we only hit ONE but that was me thinking we were chasing like 91 hits, not counting any autos. Big difference.

Turns out we were lucky to get even one. These AUSL cards are way msci world index tougher than I thought. If there are autographs, those are extra but so far, nothing.

Lesson learned. Respect the scarcity.

**2025 Topps Now AUSL Softball Break Recap The One and Done Disaster**

Ill say this first:

*I love the league.*

Thats why I bought in heavy. I believe in what AUSL is doing, and I was genuinely don mattingly excited to support it through Topps Now.

But this break? It broke me.

We had **20 of each** of these cards:

* Montana Fouts (#6) PR 1039

* Devyn Netz (#5, Black Parallel 4/10) PR 709

* Sam Landry (#4) PR 4357

* Bri Ellis (#3) PR 2693

* Sierra Sacco (#2) PR 1815

* Mendoza / Finch / Kim Ng / Watley (#1) PR 1782

And out of all that **one hit.**

Not one per card. One total. Meanwhile, I watched hits most if not ALL hits fall to buyers who ordered 1 to 5 cards* again and again. Topps seems to have skewed allocation to punish bulk buyers, which is ironic, keldon johnson considering were the ones who keep these programs alive early on.

**The cards themselves? Beautiful.**

But the **allocation? An absolute failure.**

If youre wondering why folks are walking away from certain Topps Now programs, this is Exhibit A.

This was supposed to grow the game not burn the supporters.
