While our name and logo may be changing - we are still the same people; same values; new name. For over 50 years, families across Rhode Island have trusted us to help children learn, grow, and thrive. What started in 1972 as a small family home day care has grown into a community of nationally accredited early learning centers and school-age programs dedicated to education, enrichment, and care. But while we’ve grown, one thing has never changed — our commitment to children. Today, we offer more than care. We provide education, enrichment, creativity, and meaningful learning experiences that help children thrive both inside and outside the classroom. And now, our name is evolving to reflect that mission. You’ve known us as Dr. Day Care. Today, we’re proud to introduce our new name: NurturEd Early Learning Center.
