Kim Kardashian Met Gala Photo Linked to Ancient Egyptian Coffin Discovery kimkardashian metgala [IublfByI28Z]

In 2018, Kim Kardashian attended the Met Gala, which had the theme “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.” She was photographed near an ancient Egyptian coffin, thinking it was just part of the museum display. The coffin was over 2,100 years old and belonged to an ancient Egyptian priest named Nedjemankh from the late Ptolemaic period. It was looted during the aftermath of the 2011 Egyptian revolution and then moved through countries including the United Arab Emirates and Germany using fake export papers. A Paris-based dealer helped pass it into the art market before it was sold to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York for about $4 million. Egyptian authorities later worked with international investigators to confirm it was stolen. The Met eventually returned the coffin to Cairo, Egypt in 2019. 👍 Click that Like button if you’re ready for more! 🔔 Make sure to Subscribe and hit the bell so every new story comes straight to you. 📢 Share the journey with friends who love history and inspiration as much as you do!
