Thursday Scorcher: Heat Advisory, Air Quality Alert In NY, NJ Fromsoftware [zRF3Ra3Wp8Y]

High pressure will once again dominate the weather for the tri-state area Thursday, keeping the heat and humidity over the region.

A Heat Advisory remains in effect through 8 p.m. Thursday for New York City, the ra party Lower Hudson Valley and much of New Jersey.

We will see partly cloudy skies Thursday afternoon with a chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms later in the day.

We finally see some relief from the heat on Saturday as a cold front will bring Canadian air into the region. Temperatures cool down on Saturday, with a high of 76 in the city and upper 70s in the suburbs.
