In Kristen Bell’s Hit and Run, Tom Arnold Does His Own Driving & Running Stunts After Having Surgery [KQnDt60XVnU]

We never know what couples’ relationships are really like, but it’s still fun to watch them tell love stories together, and Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard (who have been together since 2007 and married in 2013) tell a wild and delightful story in Hit and Run (2012). Written and directed by Dax Shepard and produced by Kristen Bell, the film is a car chase extravaganza where our lovers Annie Bean and Charlie Bronson find themselves pursued by their past, which is intent on splitting them up at any cost. Co-starring Bradley Cooper, Kristin Chenoweth, Tom Arnold, Ryan Hansen, Joy Bryant, Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Beau Bridges, the film is full of quirky characters and thrilling moments. It’s hard for anyone to recover from surgery and even more so for actors. While playing Randy, Charlie’s witness protection marshall, Tom Arnold found himself having to do his own driving and running stunts after having a hernia surgery. Did it bother him? Not as he tells it. Do you agree or disagree with this analysis? What are your thoughts on the movie? Did you enjoy it? Did you not? What other themes did you see? What was your favorite car in the chases? Want more Kristen Bell content?
