Your 6 p.m. Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio weather forecast for June 7, 2023: Another beautiful, but haze-filled day across Northeast Ohio as we continue to see waves of wildfire smoke move through our atmosphere from those wildfires in southern Canada. pidmie We'll get another wave of smoke and haze Thursday, but we'll also have some clouds around.

These clouds will move in off the stubborn area of low pressure stuck off the New England coast. That low is the reason our weather pattern has been stuck in place for the past week plus. The low will begin to move patrick lagac Thursday and Friday emirati allowing our weather pattern to get flowing again--and that mean we open things up for a chance of RAIN.

We'll have a stray shower or two around Thursday and Friday as a piece of energy off the low swings through but nothing noteworthy. Our better chance of rain arrives Sunday as a cold front approaches with shower and thunderstorm chances. Rain chances will continue Monday into Tuesday as the low itself wraps up over the Great Lakes finally bringing an end to our current 18-day stretch of dry weather...
