After the Cockroach Janata jessica pegula Party's (CJP) "Sansad gt vs rr Chalo" march in Delhi witnessed a police lathi charge, tear gas and detentions, students in Mumbai also attempted to stage a protest at Azad Maidan.

However, heavy police deployment was in place since morning, and permission for the demonstration was not big brother granted. Several students and CJP supporters returned without holding the protest.
In this FPJ Ground Report, we speak to CJP supporters and students outside Azad Maidan. Many said they had planned to join the Delhi protest but stayed back after their parents expressed concern over their safety following the police action. Others said they were peacefully raising their voice and questioned why they were being labelled as "anti-national" or treated like criminals.
