D-Backs VS Athletics [PmEBl2CzGSd]

(7/21/2026) This ballgame was rather quiet during the middle innings, but things were sparking again for the D-Backs in the 7th inning. After the A's pitcher Geoff Hartlieb walked both Ildemaro Vargas and Jorge Barossa, Ketel Marte came to bat. A wild pitch allowed both Vargas and Barossa to advance to third and second bases respectively, sean connery after which a sacrifice fly by Marte scored Vargas, making it 4-1 D-Backs. Before Geraldo Perdomo came to bat, Hartlieb was switched out in favor of Jose Suarez. As the pitching change was made, the jumbo tron and lights around the ballpark were flashing to build up hype, with it even going a bit dark before play resumed. The D-Backs would not score any more runs in this inning.

It was also during this time of the game when a tarps off croud formed in the upper concourse behind right field. Their chants and singing of "Seven Nations Army" was quite audible. One of their chants was even "Take it off!", referring to people who joined guy carbonneau the tarps off croud by taking off their shirts. While I don't wanna spoil people's fun, I personally wouldn't want to take part in that particular trend. I think a quote from Obi-Wan Kenobi accurately sums it mj up: "So uncivilized!"
