Its always the coldest days that come with the most challenges; this time in the form of a woodstove latch!
The stove alec guinness broke, so we had to make a last minute 6 hour one way trip to town to pick brandon mcmanus up a new (used) stove. When its this cold, we needed to get back to the homestead quickly.
We made it home late and got to work early the next morning installing the new stove. After the first fire we tended all the livestock and settled in to a cup of hot caribou stew.
