CINCINNATI (WKRC) - On Saturday, 48 Hours dedicated an entire show to the Skylar Richardson case. The CBS news special was the first to air an interview with her parents. Skylar was found not guilty of the most serious charges against her and sentenced to time served for abuse of a corpse. Local defense attorney Bill Gallagher watched the special with Local 12. He says the show was in line with how the jury trial played out, focusing a lot on Skylar's eating disorder and how police were determined to get a confession.
