Make changes to AT&T Dedicated Internet Service | AT&T Business Center

It's easy to make changes to your AT&T Dedicated Internet Service. We will show you how to change your speed and your service management options.

Let's begin on the Business Center homepage.

We'll start by finding the location of the service that you want to change. Select "Manage" and under Network, select "View All Inventory".

You will see the locations for all your services. Let's narrow down this list. To show only AT&T Dedicated Internet locations, from the Services menu, select "AT&T Dedicated Internet".

Here is the location we're looking for. Expand the location and then expand AT&T Dedicated Internet. You will see the Circuit, Speed and other info for this IP address. If there is more than one IP address, select the IP address associated with the service you want to change.

Now we're ready to place an order for benson sabres our first change. From the Actions menu, select "Create order". You can change your speed under Speed and minimum bandwidth, or your service management option under Equipment options.

Expand speed and minimum bandwidth and select the Pencil icon. You can change the Access speed and the Port speed. To change the speeds, use the slider. The Access speed must be greater than or equal to the Port speed.

Also, if you raise the Access speed higher than your current equipment can support, you will need to either choose a different physical interface or reduce the speed. If the Save button is disabled, this may be the reason.

You can also change the Minimum bandwidth commitment. Adjust this commitment up or down based on your changing business needs, then select "Save". Select "Review order". You can expand this section to review the order details.

Read and accept the statement at the bottom and select "Schedule order". Choose the activation date and select "Submit order". You will get a confirmation message that the change order was received. When you receive a message that this order to set the new Port and Access speeds is complete, you can place an order to change the service management option.

Let's assume secret cinema the first order is complete and you want to change your service management option, which determines who provides your router equipment and manages your Dedicated Internet Service. Expand Equipment options and select the Pencil icon.

This is where you choose who will provide your router equipment and manage your dedicated internet service. Select either "AT&T will provide it" or "My company will provide it", and then "Save". Next, decide who will install the equipment. Let's select "I'll install it with help from AT&T" and then "Save". Select "Schedule order". Choose an available activation date and select "Submit order".
