War Angels is a wartime hospital simulator, where we treat patients, scavenge for resources and deal with some tough choices that pop up.

Viewed side on, we send our medical team around the hospital to do various tasks. As well as treating patients, sometimes which takes several rounds of surgery, we also need to find supplies, craft medicine, build new workstations, even make food!

As we play various narrative elements will appear and we need to choose how to respond, although sometimes the responses aren't positive and we need to choose the least worst one.

Our team can be sent out into the city to explore sites, such as abandoned schools or churches, and others can escort the more heavily injured patients via ambulance through humanitarian corridors.

Send rescue teams outside the hospital to bring back the wounded.

Every mission could save many, or cost you the people you trust most.

Tension rises as factions within your hospital begin to clash.

Morality or survival. Compassion or control.
