The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office has released footage of Tony Romo's July 23 arrest on suspicion of OWI. The former NFL quarterback and CBS broadcaster was officially cited July 27. Romo was coming from the Wisconsin State Amateur golf tournament in West Bend. He told a sheriff's officer that he was driving to his grandparents' house.
