My Portfolio Is Down 7%—Here’s What I’m Doing During This Market Selloff [E29jyFu1T7U]

My portfolio is currently down around 7%, and the short-term market trend has weakened. SPY and QQQ have broken below important chart patterns, while SPY has also lost the 735 level. That increases the risk of a deeper pullback unless buyers return quickly. The next major signal I’m watching is the VIX. A close above 21 would suggest fear is strengthening and could bring another wave of selling. But there is an important difference between falling stock prices and collapsing business fundamentals. Big-tech earnings remain strong, and the long-term AI demand story has not disappeared. The market is currently being pressured by leverage, interest rates and broad risk-off selling. My approach: • avoid buying every bounce • keep position sizes controlled • wait for SPY and QQQ to reclaim breakdown levels • maintain cash for stronger opportunities • focus on businesses whose fundamentals remain intact #stockswithpawan #SPY #QQQ #VIX #StockMarket Not financial advice — just sharing what I’m watching, researching & investing in.
