A heatwave is gripping parts of India, with dangerously high temperatures expected to continue for several more days. States including Rajasthan, Gujarat, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh recorded temperatures above 45°C this week, while some cities soared to 48 degrees. The heatwave is intensifying concerns over heat stress and dehydration among India's most vulnerable workers.
