Tony Romo argued with a female cop about making a call to his lawyer during his arrest in Wisconsin last week, new video from the scene obtained by the California Post shows. Romo was pulled over on a Milwaukee interstate just after 6 p.m. on July 23, and in the newly released body camera footage, the ex-NFL quarterback appeared surprised to have been stopped.
