Sen. soccer zero codes Mike Lee, R-Utah, questioned Judge Amy Coney Barrett on the asuka second day of the committees Supreme Court confirmation hearing. Lee asked Barrett whether a lawmakers intent would factor into her interpretation of a particular law; Barrett responded that its the text of the law that matters. The Oct. 13 hearing came about three weeks before the 2020 presidential election. The second of four days of scheduled testimony gave senators an opportunity to ask Barrett about her record and approach to the law.
