The 5 Keys to Ball First Contact:

1. Ball Position

The bottom of your swing follows the buttons on your golf shirt. For ball first iron contact the ball needs to be positioned equal to those buttons. Todd walks through the simple feet-together step routine that gets ball position right every time.

2. Upper Body

Tilt your upper body back and the swing bottom goes back fat shots guaranteed. Todd shares a simple shaft-along-the-spine check that tells you immediately whether your upper body is in the right position for ball first contact.

3. Weight Shift
