While enroute to a rally in Michigan, President Donald Trump told reporters on Air Force One that the United States is stronger than it's ever been, but noted the nation's rates could be lower. "This country could be at 8%, 9%, 10%, 12% GDP, that's where it should be," Trump said. The comments come as Trump visits General Motors Proving Grounds in Milford, seeking to present a positive message on manufacturing. White House spokesperson Luz Huston said Trump is delivering on his promise to bring manufacturing back to America and rebuild the auto industry.
