This salad is nostalgic, customizable, and something everyone will love. Its crunchy, tangy, savory, and delicious.

Dressing Ingredients:

3-tbs extra-virgin olive oil

2-tbs balsamic vinegar

1-tbs smooth Dijon mustard

1-tbs cool water

Optional: Cracked pepper

In a medium bowl, whisk the olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, and water together. If you want, you can add some cracked black pepper. Its that easy!
