Female eagle who fought Jackie possibly seen perching next to Shadow near Big Bear nest [4ebR2D62COQ]
As #BigBear's beloved bald #eagle #Jackie continues to receive critical care, we're learning more about a new eagle visiting the habitat she shares with her mate, Shadow. In an update Wednesday evening, Friends of Big Bear Valley released a photo that it says shows Shadow perched in a tree with a subadult eagle nearby. Volunteers believe it could be the same female eagle that had a brief skirmish with Jackie.
