Training for the Badwater 135: Unofficial 2023 Badwater Training Camp [r4Y3OpWP30k]
I had the opportunity to go out to Death Valley and train on the course in preparation for the 2023 Badwater 135. I mentioned it to Jeff (who will be one of my crew members) and he was excited to jump in and go with me. It turned out to be a great experience. I learned a lot of things that I think will help me come race day. I also got to run part of the course during the day that I will only see at night on race day, so it was fun to be able to enjoy the views along that section. I can't wait for the race!
