Dashcam footage shared on social media showed a car driving off a collapsed bridge on a highway and plunging into a crater below in #China’s Heilongjiang province as local authorities warned Friday of severe weather due to remnants of Typhoon Doksuri. Passersby were seen attempting to help rescue anyone trapped in the vehicle and another car that also fell into the fissure.
