A Florida jury recommended on Tuesday that convicted killer Wade Wilson should be executed after being found guilty of killing two Cape Coral women. Nine of the 12 jurors recommended the death penalty for the murder of Kristine Melton, and ten of them recommended death for the murder of Diane Ruiz. While the defense is using mental health and head injuries as reasons for the judge to consider life in prison, the state is trying to prove that Wilson's crime spree was heinous, atrocious and cruel.
