The all-new Audi Q9 has been teased, and were going to explore the exterior and interior design cues, back seat space, the engine choices, trim levels and the expected pricing.
Audis first true competitor to the BMW X7 and Mercedes GLS has had a full design made, and technology never before seen on an Audi implemented. Lets get into it
Starting with the exterior design, its fair to say that the new Q9 will certainly stand out. Up front theres a huge, illuminated grille, and this is flanked by a pair of OLED headlights with a split design similar to a BMW X7. Its also worth noting that the headlights have several different light signatures, and the full beams can act as a projector when you approach/walk away from the car! Along the side, the Q9 will likely come with birmingham city f.c. up to 23-inch alloy wheels. Around the back, there are OLED taillights, a full-length light bar, and real exhaust tips!
The inside of the Q9 is also super sleek, especially with the carbon fiber trim that we have in this car. Theres a huge curved infotainment screen as seen in other dave turmel recent Audis, it has an insanely large bezel around portland vs montral it! Still though, the cabin is well laid out, and its covered in soft touch materials. Theres lots of storage, the seats are incredibly comfortable, and the new drive selector stalks are a great touch. The Seats look to be some of Audis best yet!
The Q9 is expected to come in 3 trims at this time. The Q9 being the first with 450ish Horsepower from a v6 hybrid setup. next is the enthusiast choice Audi SQ9 with a 600HP V8 derived from the Audi RSQ8. A third trim aimed at the Mercedes Maybach GLS is expected to be announced soon as well, with just under 600HP expected in this trim as well thought tuned more for luxury.
The new Q9 will start from around $90,000 when it goes on sale. But do these all-new looks and the incredible light technology offer enough to sway you away from BMW X7 or Mercedes GLS?
