This is a great video for catchers who are looking to work on their blocking game. Being a good defensive catcher is one of the quickest ways to move up the ladder in #baseball eball. Notice how Austin is grounded, his posture, always trying to block the ball towards the plate, chin is down to protect the neck/throat and most importantly that blocking is a mentality! You can do this drill with no ball, off a wall, or have a teammate or friend bounce balls at you. The best way to learn how to block properly and consistently is to practice it!
