The Utah Talons ace delivered a masterclass in the circle, setting a new AUSL single-game record with 12 strikeouts as the Talons defeated the Texas Volts 4-3 at Dell Diamond. 💪 Fouts was simply dominant: ⚡ 7 innings pitched ⚡ 12 strikeouts (NEW AUSL RECORD) ⚡ Retired 16 consecutive batters ⚡ Improved to 3-1 on the season After allowing three hits in the opening inning, Fouts slammed the door shut and completely took over the game, striking out nearly half the batters she faced. 🔥 The Talons offense provided the support she needed: 🥎 Jadelyn Allchin went 2-for-4 with a double, a run scored, and an RBI. 🥎 Jordan Woolery collected 2 hits, including a clutch RBI double during Utah's decisive fifth inning. 🥎 Kailey Wyckoff reached base three times, went 2-for-2 with a walk, and delivered her first extra-base hit of the season with an RBI double.
