Resident doctors in Birmingham have begun week long strikes over pay.
Dr Peter Fahey, Co-Chair of the West Midlands Resident Doctor Committee for the BMA said "having an offer and then pulling it at the last minute mothers day in india and reducing the amount on the table is not a good way to negotiate in good faith".
