Spray paint restrictions proposed in an effort to reduce graffiti [MEtOFHcVXyo]
A Victoria, B.C. city councilor is bringing forward a new motion asking city staff to look into ways to reduce the amount of graffiti happening throughout the capitol city. Stephen Hammond says "I honestly don't know how much of an impact this will be, but I just refuse to not try." Hammond would like to see the sale of spray paint restricted to minors while also requiring retailers throughout Victoria to keep the cans locked-up in protected cabinets in order to prevent theft of the product.
