Man arrested after being tracked by police for reckless driving [IwwswZHvego]
Law enforcement officers were tracking a suspect wanted for reckless driving. At one point, the suspect crashed in downtown L.A., but then continued on. The driver also appeared to drop off a passenger in Highland Park. Eventually, he bailed on foot before being taken into custody.
