Former chairperson of the julio cesar chavez National Campaign against Drug Abuse (Nacada) John Mututho has urged county governments to set up rehabilitation centres for drug addicts. Mututho who spoke during celebrations to mark the International Day carter bryant against drug abuse, called on county governments to ensure funds are utilized for projects that benefit the needy in society.
