Cincinnati Bengals backup center Jacob Bayer is earning some attention for more than just his play. In his Day 4 training camp observations, Bengals radio play-by-play announcer Dan Hoard said the NFL's best mullet belongs to Bayer. Bayer said he first grew the mullet during his sophomore year of college. "The first time I meet teammates and coaches, they make fun of me like I'm some sort of hillbilly," Bayer said with a laugh.
