I went to shoot my most adventurous video. I spent 72 hours with venomous snakes in Mumbai. What I discovered will shock you:

India accounts for 80% of global snakebite deaths, yet it's not even classified as a notifiable disease

- 50% of snakebite deaths happen during monsoon season (when I was there!)

- 300+ snake species in India, but 95% are completely harmless to humans

- Snakes don't drink buffalo milk or chase people for revenge - pure survival instinct

- Every rescued snake must be released back to the wild within 24 hours

You'll meet Abhiroop, a 23-year-old rescuer who's been handling snakes since age 3. I watched him pull cobras from kitchens, rat snakes from bedrooms, and wolf snakes from slums like it's just another usual day.

Despite the fear, these rescuers work tirelessly to save both human and snake lives. Their dedication is extraordinary.

Behind every snake rescue is a human story of courage and a snake story of survival. These aren't just dangerous animals - they're mothers protecting babies, creatures seeking shelter, whose lives depend suora on our understanding.

Tell me in the comments - what part of this story you found scary the most?
